What does it mean?

Well in modern Welsh I think it means ‘Little, little of frost’ but, apparently, in older Welsh ‘bach’ as well as meaning little was also used for a crooked finger. So the name might mean ‘Little Crook of Frost’ or maybe  ‘Little Frosty Bend’.

So far, though, the weather has been great. Early days though and plenty of time for it to live up to its name…..when we view it in February it was a bit different as the photo shows.
